The Natural Path offers beginning to intermediate level classes in classic hatha yoga that are designed to allow the student to begin to unify the body, mind, and spirit while achieving balance, strength, and calmness. This course builds the practitioner's confidence and enables even complete novices to appreciate the benefits of yoga.
You will learn time proven methods to integrate the meditative side of yoga which helps build a calm, positive attitude in light of today's stresses and strains. And its for everyone. Each student works at his or her own level. Yoga is an excellent "cross training" program for many athletes who are currently training. Doing yoga while participating in other sports cuts down on injuries, increases endurance, and keeps the mind centered.
Yoga is also an ideal form of exercise for people with a busy lifestyle and for those who take little other exercise. This inclusive program tones the body inside and out.
